Twenty-Four Carrot is a down to earth, good-for-you greeting card line by Jennifer Blomgren, a native Pacific North Westerner who as a child continually bedeviled her mother by tackling large and very messy art projects in the kitchen. From this early start, including custom cards for in-house family use, the dreams and messiness grew. For several years Jennifer supported her serious art habit with Registered Nursing, but was sidelined by an injury, after which she announced to her very supportive friends and family that art would be her new career.
With their love and help and a grant from Washington State’s Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Twenty-Four Carrot sprouted and bloomed from thirty six boxes on the dining room floor to international distribution. Like any good country song, these cards are about what really matters: Life, love, and the human connection. Our Mission: To help people reach out to each other and, with a laugh or a smile, make someone’s day.
